Home workouts aren't the only way to stay healthy!

Some of us may be struggling to find the motivation to workout during quarantine, but not to fear, its not the only way to stay healthy and in shape. Diet is just as important to staying/ getting into shape as physical activity. Here are 2 healthy smoothie options that that can serve as a meal replacement and help you keep that calorie intake low!

1 Granny Smith Apple 1 Ripe Banana

1 Kiwi 4-6 Large Strawberries

A Small Handful of Spinach Half a Handful of Blueberries

1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter

1 Tablespoon of Honey 1 Tablespoon of Nutella

2 Cups of Milk 2 Cups of Milk
