With gyms being closed during this pandemic, it is certainly a challenge to be self-motivated and find a new workout to do each day. Some of us are lucky to have sufficient equipment; some of us have to get a little creative. For me personally, I use YouTube and Instagram as sites to find new fitness instructors, workouts, dieting hacks, etc. Below I will post some helpful links that hopefully others can take advantage of.
- Simeon Panda is a fitness coach and influencer with one of the greatest physiques I have seen. His knowledge of fitness and nutrition is unmatched, and he has multiple videos that provide great home workout exercises.
- Roy is a great fitness coach who I have followed for quite some time. As of recently he has dedicated his time in making home workout videos that contain some pretty creative content.
- The Lost Breed is a page that you must check out. These guys make incredible content and are true motivators in their lifestyle. I would also recommend checking out their "Driven By Ambition" product line. I have been consuming the whey protein and preworkout which are vegan based and made with very natural ingredients.
- Buying dumbbells and weight racks right now is definitely a challenge, but I would recommend buying resistance bands, pushup bars, and leg bands for the ultimate total body workout. These can all be found on Amazon for cheap!
